Shopped around and went to multiple building supply stores and flooring stores across Scarborough to pick the right vinyl flooring for my new home. I would say at the end of the day, it is the service that makes the most difference. Flooring inventory, at least for vinyl or laminate, at your selected price point, is relatively comparable from store to store. I met Sri at East Can Flooring and from the get go, Sri is such a nice guy to deal with. He was patient with my selection process, showing me different samples. Great quality and value. Sri sourced me Ontario produced custom stained (to match existing hardwood) red oak hardwood for what you would pay for cheap Bruce hardwood at home depot. It was ready from time of order in under two weeks. Sri also helped set up shipping to Ajax from the manufacturer for a reasonable price. He also provided great advice to go with low sheen as opposed to matte finish, as we have some existing semi-gloss, and very glad we went with his advice, as low sheen was just what we wanted. Great value and highly recommend.
