Dilawri Collision Centre Agincourt

Highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of automotive repairs. The very friendly staff at ACG repaired my 2022 Honda Civic in just less than two weeks by replacing my bumper with a new one now it looks brand new! I highly recommend them for their excellent service and expertise. Thank you to Melina for all her help and returning my car sooner than promised!

My experience was top notch and I'm sure it has to do with the new ownership as it is no longer affiliated with Dilawri (I believe it is now Agincourt Atlantic Collision). Lathu, the estimator/service advisor was kind, courteous, and was on top of the job. I needed a lift home and there weren't any courtesy drivers available- he went the extra mile and called me an uber. Super nice, super professional.They did a fantastic job on the repair/paint job on my hood. All the stone chips were sanded down and evened out, the colour matching is perfect (paint feathered into the fenders too), and the clear coat was nicely applied. My car was repaired here after I brought my car to Markham Honda and they told me that Agincourt Dilawri took care of their collision repairs. My car was "repaired" in November 2019. Spring of this year 2020, I discovered that they had put on the wrong tire. Had to bring it to Markham Honda to get the right tire installed. September of this year, discovered that the transmission cooler was not repaired and had been leaking fluid since the repair. Took two months to get the proper part, and on top of that, Dilawri didn't even fix my car. They had to have Honda do it.
