Called them about cutting a special key, they didn't have it in stock but were able to order it in under 4 days. Once the keys arrived they promptly called me and I was able to have my copies. 10/10

Was having difficulties with one of my doors and not only did I get great customer service on the phone, I got an appointment within 24 hours. Douglas arrived ready to evaluate the issue and more importantly get it repaired and - just like that - all fixed professionally and courteously before my 2nd cup of coffee! Great service!

Custom Door & Lock Service provided an excellent service. I had lost my mailbox key and Joseph did a great job installing a new lock with a fresh set of keys. Communication throughout the process was seamless. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a locksmith.
