DKI-Con-Tech was fast, friendly and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. I was so impressed by how quickly and thorough they were with the clean up process and how quickly the contractors were able to come in and get all the jobs done. Our basement looks amazing and it was a pleasure dealing with all the people at Con-Tech. Project Manager Sean arrived the next day after I had reported flood to my Insurance Company. He clearly explained to me the process of clean up to completion of repairs. When he left I felt everything would be taken care of, basically I just had to be home. I was kept informed of work that was being scheduled by their team and was very pleased with the outcome of work that was done. Thanks to all that worked on this project, and thanks to the contractor who put my basement back together looking amazing upon completion. Work was completed to a very high standard and the team, lead by Ryan Ramnarine, was easy to communicate with and clear in all the quotes and mark-ups of the work to be done. Any areas repaired look better than they did before our flood damage!
