Mr. Chin replaced both our AC and Heater. He had earlier replaced out hot water heater and had done such a good job so he was the first vendor we thought of when we needed to replace our AC and Heater. The whole proposal to installation process was smooth. He was responsive to my questions during the proposal process. He provided a very competitive bid. The installation was professional and paid attention to details. It's clear that he knew his craft. I would recommend him highly to anyone.
Definitely a 5+ star. Had new A/C replaced by Chin's this week, after having him replace a new Hot Water Tank and a new Furnace in the past. Excellent value and service, very professional, tidy and clean. Extremely responsive, quick to provide delivery and installation asap. Wonderful coordination and responsiveness by Candy. Will only use Chin's for all heating and cooling needs. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide excellent service!
I went around getting quotes from 5 different companies. We are in a new build construction home and needed a 3.5 ton air conditioning unit. None were as kind and affordable as Chin’s!! Highly recommend. Everything was super efficient and done with care. Highly recommend!
