Had to get a phone screen replaced urgently, they came through big time and the phone looks brand new.

Called me after the first day and told me there might be something wrong with the motherboard and it might be a longer repair, then called me back a few hours later and told me it was just a loose cable and it's all good. When I gave the guy cash he miscounted and tried to give me $20 back!
