I strongly advise against doing any business with Yasotharan Somalingam and his associate George Sahyoun. Their management of the property at 880 Ellesmere Road is appalling. The tenants regularly encounter dead animals, pervasive bad odors including ganja, and filth and garbage scattered everywhere. The units are poorly maintained, with visible mice running around. Yasotharan's behavior is highly unprofessional and demonstrates a blatant disregard for customers. He initially presents himself as polite, but this facade quickly drops once a deposit is paid. He stops answering calls and providing the promised service.

Yasoo the owner very unproffessional and no care of customer. First he is very polite as soon as you give him deposite for work everything change. He stop answering your call. Most of good reviewes are from his staff so you can judge what kind of firm is it. He is not helpful. He should think whoever pay him for project be honest and give him service. Be careful before giving any work to this firm.

Dealing with this company was the biggest nightmare of my life. Yaso and his team have no idea what they are doing, PLEASE do not fall for this company's traps. To this day, we are having major issues with plumbing, electrical, and damages around the house that were never fixed. The condition he gave us the house was atrocious! He also took over 5 years to complete a project that should have only taken 2 at most. Whenever an issue is brought up, he will just claim its not in the contract and force you to deal with it. He knows the court process will take too long, so customers will have no choice but to fix things themselves instead of taking Cantam to court, resulting in even more unnecessary costs. All his contractors complain about not getting paid on time. Even after we have completely paid for the project, there are contractors that call us saying Cantam never paid them. There is no supervision during the construction process so the contractors all do a horrible job and leave, and we are now stuck with the headache of trying to correct everything ourselves.
