This dental office is wonderful! The staff are all very friendly and kind. All the hygienist that I’ve seen are great and helpful, the new addition to their team Andrea was absolutely fantastic at my last visit, she was kind and gentle with my gums and provided great conversation!
Almost had my appointment canceled (was my fault entirely) but was able to still be seen even though this happened. I'm very grateful to the team at Birchmount Dental for getting me in in a timely manner and also for their patience with me in the treatment room. My appointments have gone super smooth and are always comfortable when I go in, which is great as I have anxiety about the dentist. This is the best dentist office I have been to. From a beautiful, clean reception, to friendly front desk staff who put you at ease if you are a nervous patient. They have everything you need and treat you with care and compassion.
