The Big3 Cleaning Specialists were extremely professional and did an excellent job. We recently bought a house that we couldn't get the odour out of even with painting, but after Paul and his team cleaned and sanitized our ducts it smells great! I have no issues at all with the service and have already recommended them to a friend.

Mark and James came to clean our dryer vent system. They were punctual, friendly and informative. After cleaning the dryer and hose, they went out on a ladder in the rain to clean the vent where it exits the house. They also discussed how to maintain the dryer vent and how frequently it should be professionally cleaned. As a new homeowner, it is really nice to find a company that I immediately trusted.
