I had an excellent experience with Advantage Pest Control for a case of wasp nests on my property. After I called and left a message (it was Sunday - was not expecting them to pick up!). Paolo promptly returned my call and arranged for a technician to come the next day.
Fast forward to the next day - the technician, Rick, arrived right on time. Rick was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and provided clear explanations and solutions. Fabulous service & result! The technician, Juan did an great job of ridding our property of wasps. He was efficient, knowledgable and offerred helpful suggestions. Highly recommend!
My experience with Rick at Advantage Pest Control exceeded expectations in every way. He came to exterminate a carpenter bees ' nest bored into a window frame..
With specialized gadgets he was able to insert a camera into the nest that sent us live footage from within, to spray allow us to see within, to spray the interior and kill all the bees. Rick even snapped a photo of the dying queen.
That was it.
Except it wasn't. He spotted a wasp nest under the roof and suggested we walk around and check for others.
