Two years ago, they took me in without an appointment for a flat tire. It was also the end of the day. They were courteous and nice. Song was fair and helpful, and did not overcharge me or suggested unnecessary repairs.I was here last Wednesday (June 7th, 2023) for an oil change, brake service, and complaints of rattling and noises underneath my car. They did those services and replaced a part underneath. This stopped the rattling, but after I got my vehicle back and drove, the noises were still there. My car started making weird high-pitched noises and wouldn't start for a while. After getting it to start I came to Active Green for to see what was wrong with my car. The owner was friendly and had a hunch the alarm might have been triggered. Still, he ran a quick diagnostic to assure me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Thanks Mr. Song!
