I have chronic back pain due to standing/sitting for long periods of time and she has helped me through treating and teaching me ways to manage the pain as well as strengthen the muscles. I have also had a major surgery and Sheena taught me the importance of seeing an RMT during recovery time so they can help stretch out the scar tissue during the healing process so that it doesn't cause tightness in the surrounding area.Sheena is professional, passionate and knowledgeable. Sheena (RMT) is absolutely the best RMT I have ever seen or have had the privilege to know. I have suffered with chronic neck pain for several years and in the last couple of years with hip, lower back and plantar fascitis. I have been to many different providers including chiropractor, acupuncture, and massage therapy that cost a lot of money over the years with no results. After being recommended to Sheena I was skeptical that the pain would never go away. After only a few treatments to my surprise I was starting to feel better with more ROM in my neck, I couldn't believe how I was feeling.
