I wanted to support a woman-owned business, but that's difficult to do if they don't return your messages. I first tried to contact them by phone, where they direct you to contact them via their website, so I did. I waited 2 weeks as I know Spring is busy, but no response. So I called again, this time intending to leave a Voicemail, but it was full. So I left another message on the website. That was 3 weeks ago. I fully understand this is a busy season for landscapers, but they actually claim in the website that they'll help you find someone if they can't take you on. I guess that only counts if they acknowledge you. :(

I have called them and also went on their web site requesting a quote. They do not call back or email back. No communication at all which is very frustrating. Cannot recommend a company that ignores a client
