I was shopping around for a roof replacement. I contacted Roho Roofing, and they came on-site and did a full, detailed roof inspection. They educated me about all the roof layers, different materials, and pros and cons. I was thrilled and comfortable going with them. My roof was done in one day, and they stuck to the schedule. Gabby came to redo our caulking for the bathfitter shower unit. She is extremely professional, pleasant and friendly to talk to. She explained how she would do the work and went an extra mile by keeping the area clean and diligently doing the caulking and checking for leaks. I’ve known Bhavna for a while but was getting a pedicure from her for the first time and suffice to say will be coming to her more often now for pedicures too. An older crowd, but Mike provides excellent service. A gem in Scarborough, not a lot of barbers take the time to put in quality work in their craft, shaving cream, straight edged razors, and ending it off with hot towel or rubbing alcohol. Clean and sanitary. I have multiple barbers, but when there unavailable or tied up I know I can count on Mike to get the job done. I appreciate the honesty in his pricing too! Will not overcharge you, but will price fairly according to the service requested. Keep up the good work.

The place I was going to for 15 years closed down because of the pandemic. So I started cutting my own hair at home. After the pandemic, I tried many other places but with no luck. So as usual, it was time for a haircut and so I started. However this time, I accidentally used my clippers without putting on the length attachment! So as you can imagine, I gave myself a “bald spot” at the back of my head.
That was Sunday night. Monday morning I came here at 10am, and he perfectly blended my accidental “bald spot” with a razor, scissors, and clippers—obviously with the length attachment! I was out by 10:20am with an awesome fade.
Price was so unbelievable that I’m never spending an hour cutting my own hair again. After 4 years of DIY and mediocre cuts, I FINALLY found my new place. It’s a very chill, down to earth, stress free, chill and family friendly place. I look forward to coming here every 4 weeks for many years to come.

My best friend strongly recommended her hair stylist to me. The technique is really good. It was my most satisfying salon experience in Canada. However, in my impression, the classmates and colleagues from the Northeast I have met are very humorous and like to chat, but this Northeast hair stylist seems to prefer hair to people, and he doesn’t talk the whole time, and doesn’t like to chat. cool.

Only place I can go to get a nail polish change on natural nails and it stays on. I went way for a week in salt water every day, the nail polish started to chip when I got home. Their #TOPCOAT must be really good!

Krystal M is the BEST brow technician I cannot speak highly enough about her ???Went to Yorkdale Sephora and got a tomt and lamination by Emily T and she massacred my eye brows!!! They looked way too dark and she left them with lots of stray hairs and her work was sloppy. The hair was way too long and it looked like a lions mane.I just finished my corrective service with Crystal. She ended up lightning the tint trimming my hair and tweezing a much better shape. Moving in to a new city, the search for a good barber can be a series of several trial and errors at various barber shops before deciding which one to come back to, on a regular basis.
It took me almost 2 years to find the right barber shop and deciding not to go anywhere else.
I'm not a hair expert but I've observed that the guys here spend more time with the scissors than the hair clipper--and for me that results in a better outcome of my hair cut.
Moreover, I find that the barbers here are easy to talk to, and funny.
Useful tip: from the past 5 years of booking appointments with them, I would say it's always best to check for availability at least 2 weeks ahead of time through their Vagaro link.

I have been going to this salon since my hair stylist Ann Marie started working here and it's one of the best salons . My hair stylist Ann Marie is a true professional and expert in hair cutting and styling . She knows exactly how much length I need to get cut and what style suits me best. The salon rates, too, are very reasonable and affordable, unlike other salons that charge you according to the experience and seniority of the stylist. Sometimes, even the master stylist does not cut so well, and you still pay $60-65 per cut, but at NS, you will have no such complaint . Both Ann Marie and Diane work their best to make you smile and go happy ?

He noticed a potential problem with the sink itself and clearly explained the potential problem to me. I really appreciate that they took the time to show me what was wrong before fixing it. Sabor is a honest, skillful professional plumber. I suddenly had a faucet in my bathtub that was stiff and wouldn’t close fully so water was running and he was the only person I could find that was available to see me on the same day within a reasonable time frame. He fixed the problem immediately and I plan to go to him for any future plumbing problems.

My experience with Trouble Shooters Plumbing & Drains was extremely positive. The quote I received was almost half of the quote I received from another outfit. Andrew was quick to arrive and very knowledgeable in the work needed to be done. Because my outside water valve needed to be shut off, he did need to return on another day to do the work. Today, he arrived punctually and completed the work in about an hour including some additional work that unexpectedly came up. Andrew completed a detailed written report of the work done and parts used and offered a five year warranty i”on the valve he replaced and a year warranty on the other work he completed on my toilet. I would certainly use this service again for future plumbing needs.

We wanted to upgrade our toilets and many places will sell you a toilet and have names of plumbers that will do the install. I was looking for a place that sold and installed.....and Bradshaw does that. Their prices are very competitive and I was very happy with the install of the 2 Toto toilets we purchased. Neither of the installs were easy, but the talent of the plumber was very evident as he dealt with each issue that popped up. I am very happy I went with Bradshaw.

Wrench It Up Plumbing was called to replace the water service line. They offered reasonable prices and completed the work quickly.
Very prompt and very professional. We called for an emergency Sunday evening and were called back very promptly. The plumber arrived on time as were told by the office. This was clearly no easy job, we had a bad clog and it took several attempts with various machines to get it removed, but our man was persistent. Nick was referred to us from a family friend and we’re super grateful for him and his team. Shortly after a major Toronto rainfall, our house sewage line got backed up, and we were in a panic. Nick came out quickly, and snaked the clogged trap that was blocked and got everything flowing again. We weren’t even aware that the trap existed.
With his guidance we were able to quickly understand the scope of the problem and come up with a plan to remediate the issue. A week later it was done. We were also able to identify issues with the municipal portion of the sewer that was now in queue to resolve as well.

I was caught off guard to see that technology has advanced (for the greater good). If you remember the days when you worried that the key wouldn't work once it was cut...My problem was that I didn't have my credit card (was waiting for a replacement to a lost card). The machine does say that you can use a debit card. I tried on 2 separate days. Only my credit card worked. And though they said they take American Express... They don't.They do however give great support for any problems so take your phone inside to the kyosk. I love my new keys!

Me and my partner shopped around for laminate. Sunshiny was definitely the more affordable choice. William was very helpful and seemed very knowledgable. We booked to have the floors installed including baseboards. The floors looked great! We were however unhappy with the finishing touches on the baseboards (cuts, calking etc) I emailed William and sent him pictures of the imperfection, we wanted the floors to look perfect. William was very understanding and did what he could to help us. We figured out a solution and William made it happen. If you do decide to book with them, just make sure you supervise the installers to make sure the finishing touches are just how you pictures it! Shopped around and went to multiple building supply stores and flooring stores across Scarborough to pick the right vinyl flooring for my new home. I would say at the end of the day, it is the service that makes the most difference. Flooring inventory, at least for vinyl or laminate, at your selected price point, is relatively comparable from store to store. I met Sri at East Can Flooring and from the get go, Sri is such a nice guy to deal with. He was patient with my selection process, showing me different samples. Gordon and his team were truly efficient in installing an effective stealth net against pigeons on my balcony, all without drilling! They then cleaned up and painted over my balcony after all the mess that the pigeons left over the days. I've gotten treatment from chiropractor Dr. Paul Seto and RMT Miguel, and my experiences were great! Both of them were friendly and professional and helped with my shoulder and neck issues, as well as general maintenance. Dr. Paul was able to pinpoint any stiffness I had and address it, and he used some good chiropractic equipment as well. Miguel had a lot of strength and loosened up the muscles related to my pain points.

Allegations of Professional Misconduct
failed to discontinue the surgery when noticed the extent of the bleeding in the dog’s mouth, and bruising during the surgery
failed to maintain the standard of practice of the profession
an act or omission relevant to the practice of veterinary medicine that, having regard to the circumstances, would be regarded by members as unprofessional
the clinic recommended to the clients that the dog be taken to an emergency hospital because of the bleeding. Post-operatively, the dog required treatment at an emergency hospital overnight, where he received a whole blood transfusion which stopped the bleeding and then at the clinic where he was treated for thrombocytopenia.

Dr. Shammi Dhawan prepared the dog for Dr. Singh. ....
A dog was examined at the clinic by Dr. Shammi Dhawan as the dog was bleeding from his mouth. Dr. Dhawan confirmed the dog’s gums were swollen. Dr. Dhawan performed a pre-operative examination and ordered a pre-anesthetic blood analysis. While the blood was being analyzed, Dr. Dhawan arranged for an intravenous catheter to be placed and the dog was started on intravenous fluids for the dental procedures. Dr. Dhawan also ordered hydromorphone. Bruises developed on the dog’s legs where intravenous accesses were obtained for the blood that was drawn and the insertion of the catheter.
Dr. Dhawan reviewed the results of the blood analysis which revealed, among other things, that the dog’s platelets were dangerously low. Dr. Dhawan nonetheless proceeded to anesthetize the dog. Shortly after the member arrived at the clinic and assumed responsibility for the dental surgery. The member was not told about the bruises on the dog’s legs and he was also not told that the dog’s platelets were dangerously low. Among other things the member performed an oral examination and began scaling the dog’s teeth.
In the member’s view, the dog had significant periodontal disease and required multiple tooth extractions. Dr. Dhawan obtained the owners’ consent to these additional procedures.
The member asked Dr. Dhawan about the blood test results before any extractions. Dr. Dhawan told him, more than once, that the blood work was fine but the dog had “mild anemia”. Without personally looking at the results of the blood work, the member proceeded to extract all of the dog’s teeth except the lower canines, incisors and the last molar tooth in each quadrant.
The dog was bleeding from his mouth more heavily than the member was used to seeing during the surgery and as the dog came out of the anesthetic, the member noted bruising around the dog’s eye when he turned him over partway through the surgery. The member gave the dog a shot of prednisone and
Decision
The member pleaded and was found guilty with respect to the allegations. The College and the member had negotiated an Agreed Statement of Facts, including an admission of professional misconduct.

I give 5 stars to Happy Dog. Our dog Rocky was very nervous when he got washed and groomed Rocky now likes going to Happy Dog. She is magic. Rocky now is relaxed and happy when I take him there.

I have been having a wonderful experience with Yogasalai. I’ve been continuously learning about practicing yoga and the benefits from my instructor Mayavan. I also had the chance to attend the Yogasalai retreat recently and it was a very calming experience. Sharing the experience with everyone who attended was very joyful and it was very rewarding.
No complaints. Different from places I've practised on the west coast. Less intense. Less spiritual. Less talking and less guidance (for beginners). Pretty accessible, otherwise.
This is my first time to the yoga studio. The instructors Wenbo and Fiona are knowledgeable and friendly. Some bending actions are difficult. They encourage you to do these in an effective safety way.
I came in with strong pain on the right side of my back, and Maggie knew exactly how to apply the right pressure on the spots that needed it. She helped me relax and recover. Thank you, Maggie! I’ll definitely be returning for sure—she’s amazing!
I had a great session with Hannah Cabral (an RMT) recently. She was super professional and really knew her stuff. The massage felt fantastic, easing all my tension and leaving me much more relaxed. The place was clean and comfy, and the advice I got for maintaining muscle health was a nice bonus. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for some quality relaxation and relief!
Great experience for my very first time doing Chiro, Physio, and Massage Therapy. I appreciate that I never feel judged or ashamed, but like I have the help that I need to start feeling better. Getting a massage here is always the best. One of the few places that I continue to come back too. The atmosphere is amazing and the massages are so good I feel like I've melted into the bed.
Beverly is a professional and friendly therapist and I have been fortunate to have had a few of her treatments so far. The massage is wonderful, and it literally hits all the spots! I was so impressed and left feeling incredibly relaxed.
Cindy was amazing. She can instantly tell where the tightness/soreness of the muscle is and would work on it till it feels better.

Sam is a wonderful person and doctor, the way he treated me in the appointment with all the explanations convinced me that he is a good doctor that cares about his patients and will try his best to find ways to help them, he is not one of those doctors who care about the money and wants their patients to keep coming back for more sessions to earn more money. Sam would only focus on resolving problems patients have with his best knowledge. He would even provide different solutions which are not within his scope of treatment, just to focus on how to help the patients and not keeping them only to his treatment exclusively. Huge respect.

Sheena is a miracle worker. I’ve been to many RMT’s in the past and Sheena is hands down the best. Very kind, professional and caring.
I tried them out because of price and I returned for the value. For $60 for an hour massage I got a deep tissue. It helps to tell them areas to focus and if you want hands/and or feet. I totally recommend for deep tissue.

Great Centre, went here for pain I’ve been having due to a strained muscle. All the staff were very friendly and inviting! My RMT was very knowledgeable and ensured to answer all my questions! Also made the process very comfortable.

Balan was a very great instructor and calm driver who helped me with my classes and drive test preparations.
I am specially reviewing this for Sara as she has been a really patient and a considerate driving instructor. She gave me the confidence to pass my G2 exam in the first attempt. The best thing about her is that she is very upfront with regard to feedback, and that's what really helped me to constantly learn from my mistakes without stressing out and just nailing it in the exam.
Kudos to Sara's commitment toward helping budding drivers become good to great drivers who really understand the ins and outs of driving, and don't just drive for the sake of it.

I signed up for class BZ from Jaz truck driving school and have passed it. Customer svc was very good and instructors are very informative and supportive. I'd say this is the school to go with for your commercial training programs. Every dollar well spent. Highly recomended. 5 stars.
I passed my G2 test first try. My instructor was Mr. Advait. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time when teaching. He truly cares about his students and ensures you will be a safe and good driver.
