Never had any issues with the flower shop. Have always had good luck, Emma is always good if substitutions are needed and very up front and honest. Always read fine print on a website as it clearly states, due to availability substitutions are sometimes required. Thanks for always being great

I ordered flowers from The Flower Shop for our Aunt. I couldn’t be more pleased! Great service, accurate, beautiful flowers... all in a timely manner. The owner Emma was so helpful and polite.They truly are the best in The Soo!

I’m from Alberta and I called to order flowers for My aunt who lives in the same my aunt who lives in the Soo and the lady there was so nice she talk to me for like 35 minutes on the phone we talked about everything and anything and she was so so nice thank you for your service stay safe
