I placed an order from the states for my aunt for Christmas and the wrong flowers arrived and they were nothing close to what I paid for.Both my aunt and I called the shop to inquire about what had happened, and the lady who answered the phone was SO rude. She accused my aunt of removing flowers from the arrangement, which is so ridiculous! She also had the nerve to tell me that "no matter what you would have sent, this lady wouldn't have been happy!" Seriously??? She was very derogatory to both of us. My aunt had the flowers picked up and she was so upset about the whole ordeal.I would not recommend this shop. Their customer service is horrible. Never had any issues with the flower shop. Have always had good luck, Emma is always good if substitutions are needed and very up front and honest. Always read fine print on a website as it clearly states, due to availability substitutions are sometimes required. Thanks for always being great

I should have read the reviews on this shop before I ordered. I paid over 200$ for 2 deluxe bouquets, what was delivered look like 20$ worth. It's unfortunate because it was my mother's birthday. But do not order from this flower shop, you will be disappointed.
