We wanted to widen our driveway to allow us to park our travel trailer. Paul Caputo came over and gave us recommendations to improve our driveway space and curb appeal. Our neighbours were just as impressed as we were with speed to completion as well as the quality of workmanship. Paul handled all the required compliances and ensured a safe on-site job. In February 2021 we visited the PAC Group Ltd. office asking Paul if he could replace our front steps. Upon visiting our house, we found him to be very personable and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He was very receptive to our suggestions, and self-confident in explaining what he could do to best accommodate us.The PAC Group Ltd. crew that completed the work in April were exceptional. Steve, Andrew and Josh were meticulous in making sure the blocks for the new stairs were level and square. Adding update: I just recently used PAC again. They had a sale going on, they were the cheapest soil I could find. They also had the soil delivered within 12 hours of me placing the order! It was fast and great soil. I will always be dealing with PAC!--I had ordered soil with another company in town that said they would deliver the following week. I waited 3 weeks and still did not have my soil. A friend recommended PAC to me and right away when I called he assured me I would have my soil the next day. They delivered the soil and it is perfect! Beautiful soil, fast service! Price was a little more than the competitors but well worth it for the prompt service and professional... read full review
