On a road trip from Southern Ontario to Northern Ontario, I had some truck issues late in the evening near Sault Ste Marie. I stayed over night and called Classic on a Friday morning, explained my situation and they were able to squeeze me in right away. They road tested, diagnosed, repaired and had me back on the road very quickly, which was very appreciated!I could have been stuck in Sault over the weekend waiting for service, but Al and his techs were so very kind and professional. If you are traveling thru and need assistance or living in the area, I definitely recommend them for all services!
I was driving across Canada from Calgary to Newfoundland. When I was just outside Sault Ste Marie, my vehicle started making a strange noise.I was afraid to drive it and being on a time crunch to make my ferry booking, I called a few places and this was the only one who told me to come in right away. They listened to my story about being from another province passing through and checked my vehicle out that very day, had the parts ordered and my car fixed the next day.I was able to make it to my ferry booking with time to spare.I cannot say enough about how incredible everyone here was. We started hearing noises from the suspensions and we called the garage to have an inspection and they immediately helped us by quickly inspecting our RV and giving us advice. Thank you for reassuring us and taking care of us despite the short time remaining before closing! I highly recommend!!!
