I appreciated the diligence of the team as they made sure that the recipient of our flowers received them in great condition. There was confusion with the phone numbers that we provided but the Routledge team didn't give up and made sure that the flowers were received.

On a last minute visit to this flower shop for a few small things needed, I was greeted by 3 staff, all of which who were attentive & fulfilled my requests quickly! I'm so pleased with the service by each and the lovely gifts I was able to purchase on a moments notice! I highly recommend Routledges for floral arrangements and gift giving!
