I needed to replace my orthotics and was told to go to BioPed. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and as soon as I had the new orthotics in my shoes, I felt the difference. The staff there was amazing and really know their stuff. I highly recommend this place.
They’re so accommodating and I had a good experience with the staffs. Receptionist to the Pedontrist and to the kind and pleasant who assisted me in assessing my foot conditions they’re all superb! Customer service was great!
Service was good. Unfortunately the way billing lumps visit & assessment in with the purchase of orthotics instead of separately was an issue for my insurance. Happy with the product and the service though.
