Contacted Chris and his team to have a timing belt and water pump replaced in my wife's 2004 Diesel Beetle. Chris and his staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgable!! Turn around on the repair was quick and the vehicle was returned "clean" under the hood considering the major repair. They also sourced an oil leak that was repaired! Price was excellent. Thanks Willi and Karl's for a great job, and thanks Chris for your integrity!

I can't say enough great things about this place. As a Pre-Owned Manager in Waterloo, I reached out to Willi & Karl's to assist one of my customers with an issue they were having with their Audi. Chris was incredibly helpful over the phone and went above and beyond to resolve the vehicle issue. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also managed to fit the work into his schedule promptly.
