I have been with blue cross for over 10 years and I will not ever go anywhere else. The people at Bluecross are amazing, all staff is friendly. You can tell they genuinely love animals. My experience with them is absolutely nothing short of spectacular. They saved the life of my girl Peachez years ago. I had an emergency with Peachez where she could’ve died at any second. They saved my dog Peachez with emergency surgery and she’s been doing great ever since. I’ll be forever grateful. Peachez remembers who saved her and is always excited when I bring her to the vet for a check up. Thank you so much and there is no one else I’d trust with my girl Peachez.
Friendly and kind staff. Clean environment. The vet himself is very intelligent. They’re very supportive and easy to understand. My only problem is I took my dog here for heartworm treatment and he said to come back there to get heart guard prevention stuff all the time. I ran out so I went there to buy some but since my dog didn’t see the vet and only an assistant for appointments my dog is not “eligible” to get heart guard anymore??!? It’s like they’re trying to get another couple grand out of me to pay for treatment all over again!! If I want to make my dog “eligible” again I have to make an appointment to see the vet himself but she doesn’t need... read full review
This is the best vet clinic in Sarnia. We recently had to put our beloved dog down and they made us feel right at home. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and the vets there are top notch.
