Sarnia Optometric Clinic: Dr. Gordon Warren & Associates

Sarnia Optometric has been the place I go for my eye check-ups for many years. I find them to be a very well organized office with friendly staff, a fair selection of frames and many different brands of contacts. They work with government benefits for coverage, the wait times are very small to be seen. They have all the pre-testing machines and I feel I receive a comprehensive report of my eye health. I am grateful for their efficiency and quality of service and products. I would reccomend Sarnia Optometric to anyone looking for quality,accurate,comprehensive service. ?????

Two years ago when I had iritis in my left eye they helped me out to get rid of it. The only problam I have is they make yearly appointments with out your permission. Then call you and let you know the day before your appointment you have one. Great place to go. Don't understand why they make yearly appointments with out your permission.

There was a miscommunication (probably on our end) with appointment times. We showed up 4 hours late with 3 kids and the receptionist still managed to squeeze us in. Absolute pleasure to deal with. The fact that she helped us out tremendously will keep us coming back. They also gave the kids a treat while we waited. Truly an amazing experience. The staff there are the kindness we need in this world.
