The last 2 days of Rona shopping have been amazing.I approached the cashier and her name is Courtney and I explained I was looking for another employee whose name I couldn't remember who worked outside and she mentioned and pointed to the employee and his name is Tom.Thank you very much for my shopping experience.I always enjoy my time at rona and this evening Courtney and Tom made my experience awesome and aging for buying the mulch I needed for my backyard.My backyard project is almost finished.Thank you to all the staff at rona because last night I picked up mulch and soil I think the guys name is ishnan amd another guy helped me put the soil amd mulch into my... read full review

A quick call out and THANK YOU to Steve in appliances. Was in picking up some wire shelving and despite not being his department he was a HUGE help solving my issue. A great example of customer service. 5 stars for you Steve!!!

Everytime I come there .Great experience. Two days ago was there and received exceptional help from Elizabeth. As always. She is the go to lady for honesty and suggestions about pretty much anything in rona.thks again Elizabeth
