When my mother had to move into long-term care, Carolyn helped ease the transition by encouraging her to join in the activities with her support, and even decorated her room for her birthday as a special surprise. In her notes, Carolyn keeps us thoroughly informed on how each visit goes and any concerns she has so we are always up to date on how my mom is feeling and any steps we need to take. However, once our nurse was assigned and gave us her number, we never dealt with the office again. Our nurse was absolutely wonderful and showed compassion and caring in a difficult time for our family.
