In the past, coming here to do an allergy test for my child has been good. However, my third visit was totally different. We arrived at 8:30am for our appointment, when the clinic opens, and waited an hour without a word where the doctor was.
I would have been totally understanding if the doctor was late, behind on work, etc. The doctor said another patient had priority which is fine, however without any updates for 60 mins shows lack of patient care, consideration and respect. Even if we were told to come back in 1 hr I would have accepted that too.
We did not take the egg challenge test as scheduled.

Had an amazing experience at this allergy clinic today! I had no wait time got in very fast at my appointment time and all staff was very friendly! Dr.Chu was amazing and took lots of time to explain my results and explain my options. Overall great experience here
I love this clinic. They have the kindest receptionists and the most knowledgeable and caring doctor. Dr Kaushal is my entire family’s doctor and she’s guided us through many ups and downs while always remaining professional yet compassionate. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
