My wife and I had been looking to renovate our two washrooms for a little while. We had quotes from a few different companies but decided to go with Arash and his team because our meeting went so well and their quote was extremely reasonable. We couldn’t be happier with the end results. Because of how well the project was going we ended up not only renovating our two washrooms, we also changed out our laundry room tile and baseboards, added pot lights and a feature stone wall to our living room. Everything from start to finish was great, dealing with Arash and his team was very easy and they always guided us in the right direction. The workmanship was amazing and we felt very comfortable with the team as they were trustworthy and took great care in protecting our home during the work. Even with adding to our project, everything was finished within the time frame we discussed. I urge anyone looking to do any type of renovation to contact Arash, you won’t be disappointed you did. Our experience with Arash and his team was a very positive one, and we look forward to future projects with him! He actively listened to what was important to us, and worked with us to make it happen. He was organized and very good with with scheduling the work, and including email calendar notifications so we were kept aware. There was a minor scheduling mix up and he was very quick to inform us the reasoning behind it. Erring on the side of the customer, to the customer’s benefit, not his own. He kept the lines of communication always open from beginning to end, and he put everything else aside to be at our place in person if there was a concern or questions to be addressed, and for regular check ins. He was there from beginning to end and committed to full delivery and ensured we were pleased with the end product. From a technical perspective, we appreciated... precision of tile cutting, explanation of technical issues around product limitations, the impact of the change in floor height prior to the job starting; details related to kick-boards, thresholds, etc. And the proactive approach on any remediation where needed. We look forward to having Arash and his team back in future projects.
Arash from Summit Contractors responded the day I posted the request to have our bathtub refinished. The job had to be done within a few days. The technician arrived on time and accomplished a good looking job and left the bathroom tidy. Although I was told the tub could be used 12 hours after refinishing it took a couple of days for the odour to disperse. The warrantee is for 4 years. We were warned to avoid using abrasive cleaners or a bathmat. We are pleased with the service.
