Roman is a lifesaver! Not only did he come by on short notice, but has been incredibly nice. I did a big mistake and put the pillow in the dryer and it burst, Roman came in and help clean out the vents and pipes as this can be a fire hazard. He didn't charge exorbitantly, he charged very very reasonably! That was such a relief as I'm on a student budget. I loved his personality, his honesty, his kindness and straightforwardness. And can I say, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly! Thank you!!
