I came here to replace my windshield. The staff was friendly, professional, and responsive. Unfortunately, for my visit they couldn't replace it because the rubber seal was wrong and I had to rebook. They explained to me the issue throughly and was transparent, which I appreciate.However, this was the second time I had to come, and each time, I had to push back. Overall, they were good.

It's stressing enough going to your car in your apartment complex (underground) garage and find that it was broken into; passenger side window completely smashed in and scattered all over the car (inside and out) and only thing stolen was a "fancy" flashlight. Then stressful enough filing online a police report. Then trying to speak to a human being at my insurance company but get directed to their website. Nobody to talk to!! This is stressful. So, I go to their web site and find this fantastic place to get my window fixed!!!!!!! I also got to speak to a real person (Alex, the Service Centre Manager). Got my appointment this morning. Trully exceeded our all expectations!Alex is a magician. My camera is not even able to capture the tiny little dot that replaced the nasty crack. See the Before and After photos.Thank you guys, amazing job!
