The music is calming and will make you feel so at ease during your appointment. I love the way how she books her appointments and you are never left waiting. “Visited D’elite Spa in Richmond hill to destress. The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. The hot tub water was very hot, just how I like it. The fruit platter provided as soon as you change and enter the facilities was nice. I went for a massage and had Amy, I give her a 5/5. Slightly older facility so not a 5/5 rating but their service was a 5/5. All you can eat snack is great bonus. Staff were very kind and very attentive. I believe there is a 4 hr time limit.. but they did not rush us at all .. so double check on the timing.“
