The clinic is state-of-the-art and meticulously maintained, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Choy provided a thorough consultation and took the time to educate me on the laser hair removal process, as it was my first time.
During the treatment session, Kiki, my technician, was professional and attentive. She guided me through each step of the procedure, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable throughout.
