This was my Second Project with Safeway Flooring, and the Safeway team delivered above expectations. Even though, I was not in town and urgently needed to get the carpet in my condo changed with laminate flooring the Safeway Team made the process seamless, visited the condo to understand what colour material to install, scheduled a second meeting to get the colour and materials approved and started off with the project, completing within the committed deadline. Sam was courteous, professional and knowledgeable from our first conversation. He came over and measured not only once, but twice as we discussed the project in detail. I received initial quotes for floors and stairs within 48 hrs after sending pictures of my ideas for product.With Sam's input I decided on materials. The crew was clean, friendly and respectful of my home and pets. Sam ensured my safety as well as my pets while work was being done. Everything was executed to a T, easing my OCD! Sam came by at least once a day to check on the progress.Attention to detail was beyond my expectations.Communication was great throughout.
