About Rise Training Club
Rise Training Club is a community-driven gym that aims to elevate every aspect of its members' lives. With a focus on building resilience and progress, the club encourages its members to train with purpose and chase strength. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating, pushing members to reach their goals in a supportive and inclusive environment. Small group sizes foster a sense of community, and the trainers adapt programming to accommodate individual needs and abilities. Beyond physical training, the club also offers guidance on healthy eating habits and encourages members to prioritize self-care. This new location is big, but they keep class sizes small to 12 people, making it feel like personal training. The training programs are well-developed, from the strength classes to metcon. The trainers are incredible, with expertise, enthusiasm, and support. The community feels like family, and everyone is welcoming and helpful. Rise Training Club is a top-notch small group gym that helps its members achieve incredible progress and a better overall lifestyle.
I can’t recommend Rise enough. It’s great for the seasoned gym goers (who by the way are not intimidating at all, rather helpful and encouraging) as well as the total newbies like me! I was really nervous and intimidated about weight training in the beginning. But Andy and Aaron were great in terms of instruction (and patience) and the other members went above and beyond in the way of making my husband and I feel welcome and comfortable. It officially marks one year since I joined RISE, and I can honestly say this place is more than a gym. it’s a community.
Since joining, I’m down 85+ lbs and have been more consistent than I’ve ever been with my training. Andy and the entire coaching staff do an incredible job motivating you, holding you accountable, and genuinely caring about your goals.
The classes are electric, and the 1-on-1 coaching with Dylan has taken my athletic performance to another level. It’s an amazing feeling walking into my sport and having peers notice real improvements, both physically and performance-wise.

I’ve been attending Rise Training Club for the past year, and I honestly love it for so many reasons. The trainers are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive—but they also know how to push you in the best way. They’re always encouraging us to try heavier weights, do a few more reps, and challenge ourselves, while still tailoring exercises to individual strengths, weaknesses, or injuries.
I used to hate weight-based training, but Rise has completely changed my mindset. I feel so much more confident with it now and can clearly see my progress, which is incredibly motivating.
