I was never really into combat sports but about 2 years ago I expressed interest to one of my good friends that I wanted to get in shape after the Pandemic (was never a gym guy). My buddy PC Hassan introduced me to Muay Thai and told me to check out Richmond Hill Muay Thai and come in for a free session. I have been loving it ever since. RHMT is not a gym its a place where you come to suffer...if your trying to become the best version of yourself in all aspects of life than this is the place to be...the staff and all members of RHMT are extremely helpful and motivate you to step into your greatness.

It doesn't matter how old you are or if you never even done any kind of physical activity ...RHMT will build you into the soulful soul you were always destined to become.

I am truly grateful for this fine establishment and if you ever step into RHMT you will understand exactly why!

Kru Ryan and the other coaches make everyone feel welcomed, and do a great job removing much of the reservations one might have when starting martial arts.

If you’re looking for a great place to start your journey in Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu or Boxing, you can’t go wrong choosing RHMT. They’ve changed my life and I’ll be forever grateful.

Swing by for a trial class, it might just be the best decision you make!
