I rarely get manicures, but I went to this salon to remove my artificial nails because of their great prices. While the staff were friendly, my experience was quite painful. During the removal, every time they used the machine, I felt sharp pain in my fingers, almost like my nerves were being irritated. I’ve had nails removed in the past, but this was a completely new experience for me. At the time, I didn’t know what to think since I’m not used to this kind of treatment.

For months afterward, my fingers were extremely sensitive, making it hard to grab things. I was genuinely worried I had caused permanent damage, but thankfully, the pain eventually subsided.

Two stars only because one of the staff was very nice. Unfortunately I'm very upset I spent so much money on such a horrible job. I was not asked how short I wanted my nails. I thought she was just going to take a bit off and ask how long or what shape i wanted but she cut as short as possible and left them a horrible shape. The other nicer woman did her best to shape them but unfortunately wasn't much left for her to shape. The paint job on my hands is really not good. The edges are not clean at all.
