After 10 years of being a loyal customer, my mother included, she has completely lost my business. A week later than the pick up date for hemming two pairs of pants (one was dress pants and the other lulu lemon), I come to pick up and she explains to me in exasperated and slightly frantic tones that she hasn't even started, because of how overworked she is. As she is gesturing to all the clothes she has to fix, trying to gain my understanding and sympathy, I calmly explain that I need those dress pants for tomorrow night, and the other for work, and I am already a week after the pick up date.
