I wanted to give a heartfelt thumbs up and thanks to John Berardini and Sean at Oak Ridges Tire and Auto Discounter today.
My less than five years old Rav 4 needed its regular oil and filter change and tires swapped from my winters to all seasons. I went in on Tuesday and John brought it into the bay, and commented on a noise that was concerning. Turns out it was my alternator. I have an extended warranty with Toyota so I called to be told that it wasn’t covered, as I was over my 100,000 coverage.
