They are running a tight ship. I booked a last minute same day appointment. It was a Friday before a long weekend so people constantly walk in. Seems like they have a mix of old and new clients. Staff is nice and well organized. The girl doing my nails (Viki) was experienced and very precise - steady hands. I was quite impressed. I wanted a particular type of design and I showed her the photos. It took a couple of fixes to get exactly what I wanted, but she asked me what I thought at the right timing so she could fix anything I didn't like. In the end I got exactly the way I wanted. It felt like a collaborative team project done ?
I used to go to another nail salon for almost 5 years until my lady got into a car accident and was not able to continue working in the field. Since then I had tried out different places but struggled to find the one to settle in. From the first visit I was really impressed with how friendly the staff are here at Nail Shine Beauty Bar! They’re attentive to unique and individual needs and preferences, and I’m always happy with my nails ? Thank you!!

Richard and Cici really make the experience personable. Offering a cup of tea while you are in a chair right down to giving the cx the chance to decide on what channel they want to watch on the screen. The pair endeavor to try new products and share their excitement with clients. Today I had an amazing jelly foot exfoliating experience, just because they showed so much enthusiasm for me to try it out. The location is so clean, the staff are attentive and mindful of their work. I would recommend this place - and it helps to have an appointment.
