I know Ali for a few years and the only thing I can say about him and the quality of his work is that whoever does not do business with him will be their loss not his. He has been assisting the professional association I have been working for, delivering always beyond expectations. He walked that extra mile that is the difference between a skilled professional and a professional who is skilled and really cares for his clients putting his clients' interests firstly. P
Called for help late at night, I was pleased the 24 hour assistance advertised was actually being carried out. My problem was resolved in a timely fashion and my laptop was fixed in less than 24 hrs. Given this was my first experience with a tech assistant business I'd say the price was reasonable.
