The combination of a full-body massage and ashiatsu is the perfect way to end an intense workday. I had my 60 minutes with Lucy, who was strong but still gentle enough that she could provide relief on any problem spots without causing additional pain or discomfort for me! Her intuition when it comes down choosing which techniques are needed in each location really sets her apart from other massage therapists--I always feel like we're one step ahead because there isn't time wasted feeling around blindly looking up at walls while trying not break out into hives during this process (not fun).
