I had a phone interview last week and was advised atleast I'd get a call back. Even if I didn't get the job, absolutely no common courtesy and just posted it again on Indeed.
Worst company ever. Wanted to charge 14k to replace two shelves and extend a gable so we could install a coffee machine. Minor stuff! They then expected us to do all the removal of the old shelves. Once we saw the quote for the little they were doing we said forget it. They kept our deposit ($1200) for 5 minutes worth of work (measuring) then said too bad on your deposit you signed a waver. These guys are brutal and rude. Avoid at all costs.
The designer / sales person was very nice and bubbly in our meeting but never followed up with a plan or quote. Follows up a week later saying she would send one soon, and then never did. (Maybe I offended her by asking for the brand logos to be removed from the sides of all of the cabinetry.) Complete waste of our time and disrespectful.
