“They are running a tight ship. I booked a last minute same day appointment. It was a Friday before a long weekend so people constantly walk in. Seems like they have a mix of old and new clients. Staff is nice and well organized. The girl doing my nails (Viki) was experienced and very precise - steady hands. I was quite impressed. I wanted a particular type of design and I showed her the photos. It took a couple of fixes to get exactly what I wanted, but she asked me what I thought at the right timing so she could fix anything I didn't like. In the end I got exactly the way I wanted. It felt like a collaborative team project done ?

What I don't like is that every little thing is extra. You want the line curls a bit different? Extra. You want the color different? Extra! ? My bill was $20 more than what they quoted me.
