After a bad experience with another flooring store, Expert Flooring was a welcome change. Mike was knowledgeable and helped me figure out a better way to complete my stair project. Kathy double checked to make sure the colour lot of hardwood would match our existing product. Communication was quick and polite. Delivery was on time and double checked we had all the proper materials. Price was less than expected! I know I will return to Expert Flooring if I have any future flooring needs!

Kathy is an excellent client services manager and Mike is so detailed in his advice and work. I really liked how they completed the flooring, tile for my place in record time. More importantly, their advice on how to choose material, be cost efficient, will stay with me.
