It would be nice if the Eco Green team would return the items they used. Eco Green used numerous homeowner's own equipment (that they should have had on their trucks) to do their work and clean-up of trees... When the job was complete Eco Green then took the homeowner's equipment. After several weeks, items have still not returned. Eco Green phone lines are now disconnected. Still hopeful, but it most likely a lost cause. Very disappointed.

I had hired Ecogreen in the past to do tree pruning, so I hired them again to remove a tree. They brought down the tree and removed most of the smaller branches and were working on the main trunk when Martin asked for his payment as he hand to leave. I foolishly paid them when they had a few more hours of work left. Shortly after that the chainsaw of the employees working on the trunk died. I lent them my chainsaw which also wouldn't start for some reason. They said they would be back the next day. That was about a month ago. Despite chasing them regularly, and them promising to come out (and return my chainsaw), the only time I have seen them is when I went over... read full review

We hired Ecogreen Landscape Tree Services to remove stump/roots of a maple tree and to remove some wild cedars with stump/roots. The length of their visit was 7 hours. 1.5 hours took to fix their disposal shredding machine and additional 2 hours owner was sleeping in his truck. Additionally, Ecogreen sold weed removal and additional pine tree removal services to two of our neighbors. After few days rain cleared all the mess from the removal and exposed all cedar’s stumps and roots as they were never removed properly, so is my neighbors from the pine tree. When I called the number, Martin, the owner advised that all was done as per “industry standards” and refused... read full review
