The most important and challenging part of the whole process was to remove the load-bearing walls and install a 22 feet support I-beam. The owner of the company Amir Massoudi and his team did a fabulous job. An open concept was achieved with precision and perfection. I was worried at first if the new structure of my house would stand the test of time. Five years later I can honestly say that I was surprised that everything has turned out to be so good. There has never been any cracks on the walls or any other issues. My house can serve as a testimony to the engineering skills and craftsmanship of Amir and his team. The project included extensive woodwork: they rebuilt our 100-year-old staircase and created a beautiful matching banister and handrail, installed new baseboards and custom milling, and even rebuilt our fireplace.
