Ivy's massage technique was great, made me feel totally relaxed again, great pricing. The place is clean and the receptionist is courteous and professional.
I had Ben as my masseuse and it was one of the best massages I’ve gotten in awhile. I’ve been coming to all their locations for years - 1000% would always recommend. All of their locations are clean & the staff are friendly and welcoming.
The massage is very good here but the receptionist is terrible. I think she hates her job because you can feel the tension in the air as soon as you speak to her on the phone and you see her when you walk in. She hung up on me twice then told me she would call me back and never did. If you're lucky enough to get an appointment and you don't mind facing a rude receptionist, then you will enjoy your visit. Otherwise their other locations have nicer receptionists that are happy to help you.
