I brought my 2017 Mazda CX-9 in for what I thought might be tire noise or suspension-related issues. Instead of guessing or upselling, the team took the time to properly diagnose the issue, including a thorough road test and inspection. They quickly identified the real problem as a front wheel bearing, explained everything clearly, and gave me practical options rather than pressure.

What really stood out was their honesty and restraint. They recommended replacing only the bearing that was clearly failing, even though it would have been easy to push for doing both. After the repair, they road-tested the vehicle again and explained that most of the noise was resolved, while transparently noting that the other bearing may need attention in the future — not urgently, and only when it actually becomes an issue.

Adam and Adrian were fantastic to deal with — calm, knowledgeable, and extremely customer-focused. They listened carefully, answered questions thoroughly, and were clearly focused on getting to the right repair quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively, not just selling work. “I brought my 2016 Mercedes E class in with issues starting. I swore to them it must be the starter. They spent hours checking and rechecking the starter, running diagnostics, and tried their best to save me from a big bill. It turns out the nearly new battery from Canadian Tire was the cause. They replaced with a MB battery for far less than the cost of a starter motor and the car has worked great ever since.

Alan explained what they would need to do and rightfully recommended getting both springs replaced as well as getting an alignment done afterwards. Knowing that they are certified installers for Air Lift was important as it meant that they understood the system and were able to test it to confirm that everything was working as expected.
