I recently visited this store for buying an iphone and I can’t thank enough Robert and Lidda for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, even extending their stay past their shift end to assist my thoroughly.Not only did they patiently guide me through the options available for iPhone 15, but they also took the time to explain the differences between carriers, helping me make an informed decision.I wholeheartedly commend the team at Best Buy for their outstanding efforts and exceptional customer service.
The customer service I received from Lida at the mobile desk was over the top. She called Rogers and made sure all my credits and discounts went through on my new phone. Greatly appreciated her!
