Fawad was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and super kind. He explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what needed to be repaired and never felt confused. He always kept me in the loop with what was happening with my car and it looked as good as new when I got it back. I've had to deal with a few Assured locations in my driving lifetime and this one was by far the best experience!
