My Rav4 was stolen and recovered with extensive damage. It was a very upsetting time. However. Fawad took care of everything and provided assistance as he helped me through the process. Fawad is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very friendly and kept informed throughout the process. My vehicle was repaired as good as new. Thank you.

Fawad was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and super kind. He explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what needed to be repaired and never felt confused. He always kept me in the loop with what was happening with my car and it looked as good as new when I got it back. I've had to deal with a few Assured locations in my driving lifetime and this one was by far the best experience!
