Amazing staff and vet took my 17 year old cat in to be put down due to complications from old age and was treated very nicely the whole way. They helped me when every other vet nearby could not get me in. Thank you for helping me and tiger in her final hours it meant the world to me ~ Brauk mcguire
THANK YOU! I recently had to put my 15 yr old Shihtzu to rest after developing mouth cancer. Lola has been under Pinnacle care since close to the beginning. Dr. Pender, Nicole and Team were absolutely AMAZING support for us. Over the weeks of unknown, the team was there to help me navigate through this difficult time by in person, phone and email. I can't THANK YOU ALL enough for your heartfelt kindness, empathy, sincerity and devotion for taking care of my sweet Lola. On Wednesday when we were there, not once did I feel pressured to make a financial decision or to hurry up saying good bye to my Lola. After 15 years of unconditional love, it was the toughest decision I've ever had to make. Dr. Andy and Nicole made this process a lot more comfortable. Dr. Pender and Nicole, I am beyond grateful that you were there for us. I appreciate your guidance and care and a no pressure environment. Thank you for giving me the time that I needed to let my baby girl go. Around 3pm on Nov. 27/24... I also want to thank the lovely lady (short dark hair with a cat) that was sitting next to me in the waiting room. Thank you for comforting me! It really meant the world to me when you extended your arm and cried with me. I hope your appointment went well. I have been a client at Pinnacle for a VERY LONG TIME.
